Hello everyone. I'm pretty new here so I don't know anyone, but I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me or maybe give me some insight as to what is going on.It started perhaps a few years ago, I'm not sure exactly, but whenever I walk underneath a streetlight it will cut off and once I'm down a ways sometimes it will cut back on.
