That time of year...herbal tea remedies?

As I first stepped off Greyhound January 4th, 2004 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, I breathed in a fresh breath of very cold air. Colder then the air I am used to breathing from my hometown of Fresno, California. Needless to say, I became sick and developed bronchitis. First time ever.Now I believe the time has come again. lol. Are you a Witch School Supporting Member?: yes. We are all students here, whether enrolled in classes or not.

What Experience in Paganism/Wicca would you like to share?: no. 2* Georgian Tradition witch. Solitary from 89-2000. CoL coven (Fresno, California) from 2000-04 and since my move from California to Arkansas in 2004, I am again solitary as there are no Georgian covens in this state.

What is your Age: 34

I am the founder of Arklahoma Paranormal Research Team based in Booneville, Arkansas and also a member of Echo's of the Past Paranormal Team based in Booneville, Arkansas.

I have studied Satanism, Vodou, Thelema, GD, psychology, philosophy, and I have an interest in history.

I am a writer currently working on a novel and a book of short stories and poems to be published.

I have two sons ages 11 and 14 and I enjoy reading, writing, and music of all types. I am also a musician and have been playing the guitar since I was 12 and the drums on and off since I was 16.
