Question about time limits?

I was curious as to why in all the classes you are locked out to take the tests a week later. I've been a member for years, and I go through spats where in life I get a month or so where I can constantly log in, and then for another month or so I can't log in. It makes it difficult for me to finish the classes.

"I think an indepth initiation class would be good. A class that teaches about other religions so we could be more tolerant I think is a good idea. That way no one can say you don't know what christians believe, or catholics, or Buddhists, or…"
