Thanks for sharing this. I seem to have spotty problems. Some of my classes are accessable, but my first degree course isn't! Like the others, I'll go practice patience while we wait for the glitches to get fixed.

What I did to get it on my MP3 player (which isn't, admittedly, an ipod,) was just to download it on to my main computer and transfer it, like I would with any song or MP3 file. But I'm not a techno-Witch by any means. Good luck!

Energy work is not my strong point. In fact, I tend to look at the excercises at the end of each lesson of the First Degree program with a small amount of trepidation.

Even though I've been involved in Wicca as a solitary for years, I've never really learned to meditate or direct energy. While other people are enjoying spring, here in Minnesota we still have days like today when the rain can't decide if it wants to be in its liquid or semi-solid state. There's just something about seeing snowflakes outside my window (when it's almost April!) that makes me want to curl up with a good book.
