Wow, it's so great to talk to others who share similar strange experiences :)
I had to smile when you said that you were a channeler because that was what it seemed the group of us was doing when we had our experience in Salem. It was like a story wanted out, and once it was out it was ok to move on. It was like waiting for so long to find someone to talk to, someone who could hear you, and finally saying your piece. It was awesome :D

So, when you are recieving information it is like a static charge, and you get it from your guardian angels. Electrtic, that's pretty cool. You must have analyzed the experience a lot over the years to come to this understanding.
I have a /lot/ more experience with people than spirits. I can sense energies from people, and with it sometimes comes downloaded data about their emotional state or what's on their mind at the moment. I don't have a lot of control over it, though I've learned the hard way that the eyes really are windows. And I'm learning to believe and trust that it is what it is and I'm not crazy ;)
I did have an experience with several spirits when I was on holiday, and this was more like a slight physical sensation that when focused on brought downloaded data. Very different than when I interact with the living, and a lot more data. Took me a while to put it all together actually.
Did you conciously develop your skill? Or did it just increase over time? Did you always know what it was?

I am only just recently learning how to accept this talent. I suppose it has been there all along, but I haven't understood it very well, and for a long time dismissed it as the workings of an overactive imagination. I have always known or been able to tell how people are feeling, and for the most part I have used this information to try to help them.
I went on holiday a few weeks ago to Salem and had quite an experience there with the paranormal. Do you mind me asking how it is you recieve your paranormal information? I mean, is it vibration, visual, thought, etc. I understand that being an empath you would feel the emotions, but there is a lot more that goes along with that in order to understand where the feelings you're getting are comming from and why. Right?
