GarlicClove said… That's a beautiful idea. Giving birth is one of the most magickal and sacred acts, and I'd rather have a beautiful piece of ritual clothing than a paper johnny any day. I love that you took some superficial hollywood custom and made it into something special.

Being pregnant is hard, especially at the very beginning (when your best friend is a ceramic bowl in a bathroom) and at the last 3rd (when you can no longer reach the floor, see your toes, reach the cupboards, or do much of anything for that matter because the baby is growing so rapidly it's got you exhausted.)

Being pagan is difficult
Being a parent is difficult
Being pregnant is difficult
Being all of these things at once is more then any one person can handle alone.
I'm having so much trouble keeping myself together lately. I can't meditate much lately, which makes me wonder how I'll get through child birth. I lost 2 unborn children in 2010 and even though I'm 28 weeks pregnant I'm disconnected from the very…
