Todays N.A., daily meditation speaks of "keep coming back",and says to be open minded to sobriety. My thoughts are a little differenttoday, as i was thinking of "this to shall pass".We will have stressed out times as i did yesterday.In sobriety you are learning a new way to live and have to learn newcoping skills as well...And trust me they dont come as fast as you want them too. Todays N.A., daily meditation speaks of "keep coming back",

today, as i was thinking of "this to shall pass".
