i don't understand my dream, if you do please tell me :)

ok the day i came back from the hospital i had this dream...

im in a forest and im running and im wearing a dress. ( it was long flowing dress. the patten on it was clouds. wich i love clouds but i never wear dresses...strange...) i ran for what seems like hours. ( if it was real i would be very sleepy lol...) the i randomly stop and there is a river right in front of me. the river is not water but blood... then i wake up gasping for air?
