I have been working on astral travel techniques for several years now. I have never had a full separation during this time. In most cases, I wake up half out which is often unsettling if you are not used to the vibrations or don't realize that being half out, you may not be able to move your limbs. I have become used to this part. Usually when I achieve the proper vibration to escape my body, I tend to get so excited about that accomplishment alone that I ride it out without ever separating. Last night the vibrations came on their own, and very strong. When I felt them, I relaxed an let them stabilize. I felt myself lifting up, but my body seemed to be coming with me. I only got most of the way out. Does anyone know a technique to achieve a full separation from this point?

i burn a smoking blend " flying mix...i also sometimes when im stressed and its hard to concentrate i have flying ointments i have made as well as philtre's (potions) these things help me mostly when my ADD kicks in and i cannot focus. that helps my body relax more so the separation is easier for me. ill try and send you the recipe's later when im off work if you would like. also it takes tons and tons of trying before it come natural(which you already know that . ) it took me 5 yrs almost to perfect it now i can come and go at will because i have trained my body to adjust on command. hope i was of some help and if you want me to send you the recipes let me know~Clint

I think you first need a Delorean... Oh, wait... Nevermind... I'm no good here bro. Wish I could help. I'm sure someone will help you soon enough.
