Circle of Fire
Surrounded in shadows enfieffed to the dark
Doubt and uncertainty chain me
A Circle of Fire I’ll call to dispel the troubles
And fears which oppress me
A Circle of Fire I now see take shape
Its light driving shadows away
A Circle of Fire –its bright leaping flame
Keeping me safe come what may
A wall of protection against all those things
Which harry and harass my heart
Cleansing me inside and out of those things
Which oppressed my soul in the dark
I cast out the shadows –I cast out the fear
I cast out depression and pain
I cast out each source of unhappiness and
Know they won’t come back again
For they’re cleansed by the fire and dissipated
And barred from reforming by flame
And my life will reflect the cleansing I feel
As Divine fire fulfills my aim
The Circle of Fire protects me and heals
My soul of all things which distress
For the fire is the fire of my soul which reflects
The light of Divine consciousness
