Hi Mara I'm so sorry your ex is doing this .. I just broke away from two old friends, one last year and one this year .. so I understand what your going though ... they were very controlling of me as well .. but once I told myself that I don't need them my energy which I had put into them came back to me full fold ... I also placed three of those hanging designed copper hangers that have small glass marbles in them .. which you can find at any garden shop .. there like little witches globes ... and they work too !! in your front window a few in each bedroom I have three hanging from my main window in my bedroom ..... and another thing you can do which would make a really fun Arts and Craft project for you and your kids is put anything that you can use as stained glass over window's and or on your doors window's .. colors that shine though with the sun is very protective ... you can get stain glass paint at most Arts and Craft's Stores ... that you'd want to yourself ... but if you got the really thin Craft paper and have the kids cut out like puzzle with it and tape it to the window's and doors would be good too ... and as Fall is coming up ... Maple Leaves I bet with the number five design.... waxed papered and put up on any window's and doors would be great too ... one thing I want to mention that I want to bring up which no one I see has talked about .. you do not want to bind anyone .. because whatever you do comes back to you .... there were times trust me I wanted to do so much but every time I thought about it and read my books on this subject ... it made me realize it would not be worth doing it at all for the future.. being I'd already been though "E'll... and I was not willing to go though any of it again ... so I am so happy I never did that .. and I'm doing a whole lot better and things are looking up for me ... and trust me it does get better ... Oh and a few other things you can try is ... get a large flower jar .. fill it with water put it somewhere on the floor or a table facing your front door or the door you use the most .. once a week throw out the water on the street or somewhere off your property .. this water will take in all the Negative things that are sent your way ... so as you throw away the water each week your throwing out the Negative things and thoughts others have sent your way as well as any spells or things that you don't need ... so get rid of them ... that way ... another thing you can do is go to your local New Age, Pagan or Santeria store... you want four of each .. a railroad tie .. small crystals, pitrite, small magnate, sulfur and the stuff that charges the Magnate ... you want to go to each corner of your property if you own a house, and you want to take a hammer with you ..you will first pound in one railroad tie in then put the feeling that this is your property into each of the crystals .. of course make sure you cleansed them first ... before doing this .. and dig a small area next to where you pounded in the tie ... you can do it during the day when everyone in the neighborhood is at work .. then put the magnate into the hole and the sulfur, and the rock that powers the magnate ... do this at all four corners of your property so you are protecting your property from any and all negativity .. I had to do this to this property sometime back and since then we have been safe and happy here .. of course if your in a Apt that's a bit hard to do .. but you can still do the Crystals but you have to use more crystals you want four in each room ... You guys are wonderful!!!! Today has been such a magickal day. Things unexplained have happened tonight that let me know that everything is going to be ok. I visited a local haunted cemetery that forms a natural circle. You can feel the energy as soon as you pass the line of the circle. The spirits there left me a sign that is undeniable. you can make a witch jar. get a glass jar with a lid, fill it will all manner of nasty bits you can find, bend nails, rusty nails, old staples, broken glass, razors, whatever you have or whatever you find that looks menacing and dangerous. spit in the jar, a lot, and while you do, think about how much you want to be spitting out that nasty man's influence in you and your children's lives. if you feel up to it, urinate in the jar, again while doing so, you are strongly visualizing expelling the man from your life. you can add some banishing herbs if you have them (basil and black pepper are in most of our kitchens, and are great for this). put the lid on the jar TIGHT, you can put some melted candle wax in the inside of the ridge-part of the top before you screw it on to really seal it tight if you think it might leak (yuck). take this jar and walk tuathail around your house or apartment building, make sure you include your vehicle in this circle you walk as well. raise your energy as you walk, visualize your goal clearly, visualize your life free and clear of his madness. when you reach your starting point, make a declaration to the gods in your own words, feel free to yell and curse and tell the gods everything that is bottled up about this situation. get emotional. let it out. release that energy out to fulfill your goal. if you can, bury the jar in the ground somewhere that people would walk over to get into your home, or hide it under the steps, or if none of that is possible, bury it somewhere close by. (in older times, people use to seal these into walls)

as a side tip: if you are somewhere that people will see you walking around with a jar of nails and pee... you might wanna cover it with black cloth before starting your procession.

Call on the mayan goddess, ix Chel she will protect you from your ex. Get a rainbow or regular black obsidian rock or download a picture of one and print out. Or a black obsidian mirror. Look into the reflection and and gaze into your eyes. Do this anytime, but under the moon is good. Call on Ix Chell, pronounced ee-shell, and ask her to protect you from violence. Take the rock and put in a glass of pure spring water. Add salt. Let sit by your bed stand overnight. in the morning sprinkle this potion on yourself and your children.

another spell: Take a loaf of ground meat. Shape into a penis shape with balls and everything. Insxcribe the name of your ex with a toothpick on the meat. Give it to feral cats or your cats to eat. The Egyptian goddess, Mafdet will handle your enemy on the spirtual plane.

Blesses Be! And get a restrainig order, follow through, and keep police notified of every move your ex makes. Do not call him at all. Do not answer his calls. You must break the cord that binds you!
