"We come into the world and breath.
It is how we define life, as soon as we take our first breath we live

That first breath the first cycle ~ Breath in Breath out
Second cycle ~ Day, sunrise to sunrise"
Third cycle ~ Month, moonrise to moonrise
Fourth cycle ~ Year, beginning to beginning
Fifth cycle ~ Life, from birth to birth
